2. Are any purchases final sale?
Most of the products featured on VALT are final sale due to limited quantities and exclusive pricing. If a return or exchange is possible, it’ll be clearly stated on the product page. Always double-check before checking out.
3. How are these prices so good?
We cut out the middlemen. By working directly with brand operators, we unlock pricing normally reserved for VIPs, insiders, or private lists. This isn’t outlet shopping—it’s curated access at a better price.
4. Is everything authentic?
100%. We only work with brands directly, never resellers or third-party sellers. Everything you see on VALT is guaranteed authentic and comes straight from the source.
5. Will you restock items once they’re sold out?
Nope. VALT drops are time-limited and inventory-limited. Once something’s gone, it’s gone. That’s part of the game. You’ll want to act fast and sign up for early access.
6. Can I buy from multiple brands at once?
Yes. One cart. One checkout. No jumping between stores. VALT is built to simplify your experience, even when your taste crosses multiple labels.
7. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across the U.S. and Canada. We’re expanding soon—sign up for emails to stay updated on global shipping options
8. When will I get my order?
Shipping timelines vary slightly depending on the brand’s fulfillment location, but most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is en route. Note: If you order multiple brands it may come in separate shipments.
9. Can I return or exchange my order?
