At The VALT, all products are shipped directly from our brand partners. We do not hold or fulfill inventory ourselves. This means that shipping timelines, carriers, and costs are determined by the individual brand from which your product is purchased.


What this means for you:

 

  • Shipping Times: Delivery timelines vary by brand. Estimated shipping times will be provided by the brand once your order is processed.

  • Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping costs are set by the brand and shown at checkout.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking information directly from the brand’s fulfillment system (where available).

  • Multiple Shipments: If you purchase from multiple brands in a single order, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

 


Responsibility

The VALT is a marketplace platform. Each brand is solely responsible for fulfilling and shipping their products. Any questions regarding shipping status, delays, or lost packages should be directed to the brand partner listed on your order confirmation.
